Guys,
I bot one of Mike's rods the other month and got the chance to fish it. Was extremely impressed, fished almost every type of bait with the rod and felt real comfortable.... I spoke with Mike about doing a bulk shipment of rods for MI50 and MI22 and he said he would knock the price down to $110 per rod plus shipping - since these are 9' rods they are oversized so shipping won't be cheap... Sooooo, I will pick up the shipping cost and charge you $115 with $5 going back to the club - yes I will write a check or give cash at the meeting or to an officer that i can meet up with. Mike is putting another order into his manufacturer in the next 2 weeks. Finally got the Mike Hulbert rods over the weekend. If you cared for one before but its too late I totally understand. If you still want it, send me a note. Price is $110 per rod. If I had to categorize em I'd say cross between a 9' XH bulldawg rod and a 9' XH lamiglass. Thanks and sorry for the delay. As of right now, Dieter is bringing 3 hulbert rods to the meeting on wednesday - 1 for Art, 1 for Greg, and 1 for the club to auction and use the proceeds for fingerlings. Wish I could be there but Quakertown is 1.5hrs from central jersey or NYC.... Let me know if anyone is still interested and I'll have Dieter bring more - need to know by tonight as were fishing Mercer tomorrrow am. Thanks
