I just wanted to write in and say how happy I was with their customer service. I bought a Gndr Mt. 8 ft. IM 8 musky rod a few years ago and love it, it's caught several big fish! After bending one of the guides really bad (I stepped on it), breaking the tip off (stepped on it again) and having the part that holds the reel on start coming apart...I took it back. It actually wasn't even the same store I bought it at. I politely went to the customer service counter and told them this rod has a lifetime warranty and would like to exchange it for a new one.
Presto! I got a new musky rod 🙂 In my opinion, they are some great musky rods and hard to beat at only 80 bucks.
