What: 6th Annual MI50 Kids Fishing Day
Where: Nockamixon State Park (Pond)
When: Sunday June 30th
Time: 7:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
- Looking for volunteers to help set up, teach/help some kids catch bluegills and help clean up. Bring your wives, girl friends and kids!
-We have 32 kids registered at this point and all of the paperwork has been completed, approved and filed with the State PFBC and Nockamixon State Park offices.
- I have maps and flyers ready to email to all attendees as a reminder about 2 weeks prior to the date
Set up: 7:30 - 8:00 (Everyone)
Registration: 8:30 - 9:00
PFBC Session: 9:00 - 9:30 (Mike Skurecki confirmed)
Fishing: 9:30 - 12:00 (Need volunteer to pick up bait the night before)
Hot Dogs/Prizes 12:00 -1:00
Clean Up: 1:00 - 2:00 (everyone)

Mike,
As I believe I posted earlier, I will be there with my grandaughter and possibly my two daughters. Regardless, let me know what is needed and I will do my best to help out. Obviously, if I have my grandaughter, I will not be able to help with the actual teaching other children but I can be there for the set up and/or take down.

-We have 10 Zebco 202 Combos, 8 Spinning Combos and 10 Cabelas Spincast Combos. That should be more than enough with 35-40 kids. Some will have their own gear. 8)
- At this point I will be buying some prizes (30), soda/water, rolls, condiments, Asst. Chip Packs, etc... since none of my other requests for donations were successful. At least we got the hotdogs for free which saves us appx $80
- Jeremy has the bait covered with Cabela's. Thanks Worm!
- I have my 2 tables, chairs and a canopy. We'll need at least 2 more canopies and a grill. Looking for help here.

Beaverages, i.e., Soda and Water. I asked two distributors in the Lake Nock/Quakertown area and neither replied. Let me know if you can help. Next thing would be 35 prizes, a 7.99 lure kit or tackle pack is what we need. We paid for everything last year, $550, so I'm just trying to save some money if we can. We're already ahead of the game with the Berks Foods hotdog donation.
