It's disappointing that out of all these lakes, we were only able to float stock on two. Is there any way we can get advance notice so that we can give all these fish a fighting chance? With 83,000 fish being stocked, we should have a wonderful fishery in 4 years. Unfortunately, we need to do more of what we do best.

I'm curious about MC too. I thought it was on a two year plan. I may be wrong but I don't think that it was on the stocking lists last year either. Local fisherman have told me that it was stocked this past year though. Is it possible that the tigers that go into MC may come from a different hatchery? I think that young muskies have a good shot in this lake because of the cover and the lack of striped bass.

Most of the tigers were stocked last spring before I was aware of the help out there you guys were providing. A lot of the lakes that we stocked were small numbers that arent easily set up for stocking. The rivers were a large part that would be difficult to meet and stock also. We hope to do much better setting things up this year. Maybe we can all make a differnce!
