With our Sport Show going on, I figured it would be a good idea to wait til the show is over , before we have our meeting. A lot of time and effort is being commited and think it's only fair to wait.
However, I did want to post a couple things in case I wasn't clear at our meeting, as well as anyone who might want to get involved in this project. When we have our meeting, I would guess sometime the end of Jan. , beginning of Feb., bring your completed forms along with $10.00. If you didn't receive one, PM me and I'll make sure you get one. I will send all forms at once , along with ONE MONEY ORDER to the State. That way there's no confusion with who , sent what. Any ideas regarding what groups to target , newspaper notices, etc., bring along with your ideas to the meeting.
IMPORTANT!!! If I gave you a form, please make every effort to help out with this worthy effort. It's only one fishing day out of the year, so please don't just "chuck" the paper and forget about it. Our club puts a lot of time, effort as well as money into our local fisheries to create a good fishery for the next generation. Promoting fishing with our "kids" , insures an interest for future generations!
OK... I'll get off my soapbox now... but please give it some thought.

I'm sorry... The forms are , "Child Abuse Background Check" conducted by the State. All registered Child Abusers must register with the State, thereby compiling a data base, which is researched with these forms. The $10.00 is a fee from the State to conduct this "Check". I do have additional forms , if anyone that wasn't at our meeting would like one. I hope this clears up any questions, and if anyone would like any additional info, please don't hesitate to ask...
