I just read in the latest musky hunter mag that the guy that killed that fish was prosecuted! He lost all fishing privileges for two years and is not allowed to be with anyone who is fishing. He also received a $1,000 fine of a possible $2,000 fine. Hope that turd made an example and will discourage others from doing the same stupid thing.
