Musky on the Delaware when they stocked the lower river with Tigers , this is I believe the Neshaminy marina area , A popular area in the 80's and early 90's this was taken in the 90's

I remember when the lower del was hot.In fact i 'm pretty sure i know that spot.I can remember fishing throughs tullytown cove and seeing half a dozen guys like that one lining the bank.Maybe that one reason the muskie fishing went DOWN HILL out there.
