Hi All,
I'm really excited about fall musky fishing! What are you all doing to try to put fish in the boat this year?
I think that bigger lures and faster presentations work generally when the water temps drop, but there are mixed reviewes on this.
Last year, I had my best sucess ripping grandmas fast or burning shallow invaders in PA, and a 48 incher trolling a plow (slowly) on the St. Lawrence.
To fish slow or fast...that's the question. What has worked for you all in the past????

I have always heard that too, slow down in the fall/winter. Those are interesting statistics by Larry Jones, I'll have to check my trolling speed and keep it below 3mph.
I'm not sure why that poll is at the top of this post, maybe I hit the wrong button or something.
