Where should i target? What should i look for? Different choice of baits? Time of day?

When faced with high water at this time of year, I go to the shallow water. Maybe where the weeds were to thick before, now have water over the top of them. Lure choice depends on amount of water over the cover you are working. shallow raider, bucktail, spinnerbait. Topwater good bet also. Hope this helped. Good Luck! <<<<><<<
