I believe that would be a custom lure retriever for people who tend to snag their lures in branchs or other underwater obstructions. Or Bob won it from the girls at the Pittsburgh MI booth!!!

River_muskie got it half right. That device is called a ''Whore Knocker'',which is used to capture the Pitt. chapter's raffle girls. I tried it myself but it didn't work, maybe next year.

The girls in Pittsburgh looked at you and figured they could use it as a weapon to keep you off of them. Then again, I think the Hell Raiser girl would have liked that thing!!

Actually an infection in her hip of all things. Got me and Lu pretty nervous but it appears to be under control and we are going home tomorrow. Only 5 days in this time. A new Ridge record!!
